Delivery Terms: All orders will be fulfilled within a 28 day period from the date of order, most orders are dispatched next day. We will make all efforts to satisfy your order as quickly as possible but cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss as a result of delays.

Refund Policy: In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with your purchase you may return the products in the original packaging in new condition. You have the right to cancel within seven days of ordering, or seven days of receipt of the goods (whichever is the longer). If you cancel your order before the goods have been despatched, your payment will be returned in full. If you want to cancel your order in the case of goods that have already been despatched then payment will be refunded on receipt of those goods in original condition by Craigie. If goods are returned in less than original condition then Craigie may offset the costs of reinstating the goods to original condition against any refund. In order to return goods please contact our Customer Services Team who will give instructions on how best to return the the item.

Guarantee: We will replace any faulty parts for 1 year from the date of purchase excluding wear and tear. This does not replace your statutory rights. We have a policy of continuous improvement and therefore the product you receive may differ slightly from the image shown.

Duties and Taxes: Orders are despatched from the United Kingdom and you may be liable for additional duties or tax in your own country on the value of the order. As import duties and conditions vary around the world we cannot advise you of rates or restrictions and you should check with your country's own authorities. Deliveries may be delayed through customs in your own country and we cannot be held liable for any delays.

Data Protection: Any information gathered from this transaction will not be provided to any third party. We may communicate with you regarding this order or other Duallist products. You may request to be removed from any mailings.
